The place was pleasant and fabulous and the staff were efficient, the location was incredible close to Excel fairgrounds. We had an early check-in, the room was high-class with a sofa bed. Liked a warm breakfast for vegetarians. The service was absolutely excellent.
Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location was a dream, just a quick walk to the tube and a one-stop ride to the O2 Arena! The breakfast spread was delicious and really hit the spot, especially the hot options. The staff were like family, always ready with a smile and a recommendation!

Functional, spotless hotel with reasonably good and thoughtful personnel with great customer service. Wonderful location to the Olympic park and easy access to fairgrounds and a supermarket. Plus, close to Church of st Luke.

Great staff saved the day!
Checked in around 11:30, but our first room was a disabled room, a bummer since we had a show to catch. The staff at the reception were awesome and helped us switch to a suitable room pretty quickly. Nice comfy bed and there's a snack bar which was handy. Wish we had more food options at breakfast, though!

The staff was very hard working, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. We booked a double room and it was air conditioned, very clean beds.

The breakfast was amazin with plenty of choices, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was handy, just a short walk to the tube. Our twin room was clean and had enough space for us. Parking was easy too.

we only stayed overnight to see a show at the O2 but the hotel was easily accessible - my husband has mobilty problems. The hotel was clean and comfortable and we would have stayed longer with no problem. if we come to the O2 again this will certainly be our hotel of choice.
No comment here everything was great. We did not read any guest reviews before our stay.

it seems there is no room service in this hotel. I asked for extra blanket but the hotel stuff said there is no extra blanket.
